1) If there is no elevator, goods will be delivered to clients on street level. If the client requires us conveying the goods by walking up stairs to the appointed floor level, an additional fee will be imposed. Please contact Formica Office for the details.
2) Goods can be delivered to the client on the next working day on condition that the order is received on or before 5:30pm on working days. (Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.)
3) Delivery to the customer's address is free of charge.
The following locations will be subject to an additional delivery fee of $100.
New Territories:
i District outside/further far away from Fanling Luen Wo Hui, such
as Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, Lau Shui Heung, Ta Kwu Ling, Ma Liu Shui San Tsuen, Fan Kam Road, etc.
ii. After passing Tai Po Industrial Estate such as Tai Mei Tuk, Luk Keng, etc. Sai Kung District (Po Toi O Chuen, no delivery).
iii. Tuen Mun Tap Shek Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Tai Mo Shan, Lau Fau Shan, Mai Po Nature Reserve, etc.
- Hong Kong Island:
Cape Collinson, Shek O, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Repulse Bay, South Bay, Deep Water Bay, Mount Davis Peak. In Western District, mid-level to peak, such as Bowen Road, May Road, Tregunter Path, Old Peak Road, Magazine Gap Road, Shouson Hill, Wong Nai Chung Gap Road, Shiu Fai Terrace Garden, Stubbs Road, etc.
Kowloon District:
Kwun Yam Shan, Fei Ngo Shan.
4) Tung Chung, Airport, Ma Wan, an additional fee of $200 will be charged.
5) There is no delivery service to Discovery Bay, outlying islands and private roads. Remote areas cannot be completely listed. If you have any questions, please contact us.
6) All parking fees are to be paid by the customer on site, otherwise client should and must pick up the goods from the delivery truck on street /road.
7) Prices are subject to change without notice.
8) The goods return handling fee for HPL is $50 per sheet, plus a $100 delivery fee per order.
